I have to wonder: why does a house with no occupants for three years have a lone tuba sitting in the otherwise empty place?

Oh, and wait until you see the carpeting and décor.

1968 called. It wants its house back.

I tried to get both the indoor shingles and the velvet wallpaper in one shot. The wallpaper did not receive justice with my little cell phone camera. The owners of that place have not received justice for installing it in that house.

Not even close. It was the only place that I found myself wanting to photograph, though.

Well, that's not entirely accurate: it's the only place that I thought I could capture the feel of in photographs.

I said the same thing. This house *might* be fun to remodel, but not rent (as is). No wonder it's been vacant for three years. The owners haven't touch the property much either. Which is sad, because it faces the lake. Shame.
